Beginner Ballroom Sessions Coming Up. All sessions will be Fridays, October 6 through November 11.

Ballroom for Beginners age 13 and up

Ballroom Private Sessions
We offer private ballroom sessions for couples looking for a wedding dance, or couples looking for basic dance moves. Private sessions are $70 for 45 minutes. If you are interested in setting up a session, please click to Email Us.
Suggestions for What to Wear
Something that is easy to move in and comfortable. Most wear business casual clothing. Comfortable shoes with leather or smooth bottom that stays on your feet well. Shoes that have adjustable straps or lace up are perfect. Tennis shoes or sneakers are really sticky and hard to slide.
Male: Twill cotton trousers, dress pants, cotton or cotton blended polos, button downs, oxfords, loafers, slip on canvas shoes.
Female: Skirts or dresses, button up blouses, longer dress shorts, twill pants, booties, wedges with a back strap, a low pump, ballet flats
Suggestions for What Not to Wear
Clothing that will easily fall off or ride up, such as tube tops, short shorts or skirts, loose fitting straps. scarves, hats, short or cropped workout shirts or tops. Clothing that is extremely fitted/constricting or extremely revealing. Shoes that can easily fall off, such as slip on sandals, flip flops, strapless heels, or heavy clunky shoes. Shoes with rubber soles since you will be doing footwork that requires twisting and sliding.
